Supply Chain Manager
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000

· Establishing accountability for the supplier management process that results in stable and capable supplier performance.
· Establishing a primary negotiator for sourcing contracts.
· Managing the day-to-day supply chain and sourcing needs of the organization.
· Establishing accountability for developing strong and long-term supplier relationships.
· Creating accountability for the health of the Purchasing Process to ensure process and product changes meet the needs of the organization.
· Creating a partner for suppliers to improve and manage change.
· Ensuring proper roles and responsibility with the essential triangle of the product manufacturing process, product supply, and product quality.
· You will Lead, coach, and develop a small team made up of the Sourcing Lead, Purchasing Representatives, and MRO Systems Lead in the analysis and implementation of standard purchasing and MRO processes. This includes partnering with Process Owners and the shop floor on analysis and implementation, as well as becoming a member of PRIME teams, which is accountable for the development of supplier management processes and systems associated with new products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- 4+ years of Procurement/Supply Chain Management
- 2+ Years of personnel management experience
- Experience managing projects
- Experience with ERP software
