Process Engineer
Location: Urbana, IN
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000
Kane Partners is searching for a Process Engineer – who will work to improve efficiency, decrease costs, test and revamp current processes, and develop new processes all with an eye towards helping drive company growth and profitability.
· Work along-side other departments in the implementation of efficiency, value added and continuous improvement projects
· Design, develop and implement designs to improve and optimize the manufacturing process
· Troubleshoot production floor issues effectively and timely
· Promote and ensure a safe working environment by demonstrating consistent adherence to our safety policies
· Work closely with department peers to review new product concepts and designs for manufacturability
· Communicating throughout organization
· Identify, prioritize, and analyze, eliminating inefficiencies and non-value steps
· Recommend changes or upgrades to equipment, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources, including labor, energy, and raw material
· Identifies process bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve issues
· Ability to problem solves and collaborate in teams
