Manager Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: Frazer, PA
Salary: $140,000 – $170,000
Established manufacturing company, $1 Billion, publicly held seeks a Manager FP&A. This is a fast-track position to Director so requires a dynamic and detailed oriented Financial Planning pro with excellent leadership skills.
Should have a background in manufacturing, Public preferred, good understanding of P&L.
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager holds an influential role in the financial organization and is responsible for:
· Leading and managing development of the budgets, forecasts and supporting analysis for your internal business clients
· Monthly reporting to the President including presenting results of analysis
· Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
· Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes.
· Analysis of Operating Profit, Cash, Capex, Working Capital, ROIC taking into consideration the effects of volume, pricing, cost reductions, etc.
· Management of 2 direct reports, Senior Financial Analysts
Required:
· Degree in Accounting or finance – MBA preferred
· 6-10 years of progressive and leadership experience as a financial professional
· Leadership and mentorship experience
· Strong Data Mining Skills
· SAP and Hyperion (HFM)
· Manufacturing company experience
