Hardware Engineer
Location: Exton, PA – Hybrid
Salary: $130,000 – $165,000
Financial services company is looking for a detailed and motivated Hardware Engineer to provide high-level end-user experience.
- Collaborate with vendors and hardware suppliers on implementation of new devices.
- Experience with performance tests of new hardware (endpoints and peripherals) and software.
- Provide support for hardware and software-related issues.
- Serve as Tier 3 technical infrastructure support for escalated issues.
- Will act as the technical leadership for Windows Endpoint support.
- Responsible for engineering solutions for the most complex desktop and laptop issues.
- Must have a minimum of 5 or more years experience diagnosing problems within a Windows environment.
- Deep knowledge with a range of endpoint hardware devices and related software.
- Expert knowledge in Endpoint Hardware and Software.
- Advanced experience with Windows OS, MECM, Intune, and Azure.
Hybrid position local to Exton, PA.
