Commercial Property Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Manager ready to take on the challenge of overseeing a sprawling 1,000,000 sq ft. multi-location business? We are on the lookout for an experienced professional like you to lead our commercial properties to new heights!
Key Responsibilities:
Property Oversight: Take the reins in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties,( industrial, office, retail) ensuring they operate seamlessly and efficiently.
Budget Mastery: Establish and meticulously track commercial property budgets, producing comprehensive variance reports that guide strategic decision-making.
Capital Improvements: Schedule and oversee capital improvements to enhance property value and maintain high-quality standards.
Regulatory Liaison: Interface with state and local officials to ensure compliance, facilitating inspections and maintaining a harmonious relationship with regulatory bodies.
Lease Agreement Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of commercial lease agreements to navigate negotiations and ensure optimal terms for all parties involved.
Vendor and Tenant Relations: Develop and nurture positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to create a collaborative and thriving property environment.
Tech-Savvy: Demonstrate proficiency with Real Estate Software, with expertise in Sage 300 RE Software considered a significant advantage.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in Commercial Property Management, with a focus on large-scale operations.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and producing insightful reports.
Tech Mastery: Familiarity with Excel and Real Estate Software; experience with Sage 300 RE Software is a definite plus.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and regulatory officials.
Project Management: Adept at overseeing capital improvement projects and ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
