Site Superintendent
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
Travel: Up to 85% nationwide
Our client is a nationally recognized leader in controlled environment design and construction. They have delivered high-performance cleanrooms, dry rooms, gigafactories, and metrology labs for clients across life sciences, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing. They provide turnkey solutions from concept through certification.
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction for advanced manufacturing and cleanroom projects across the U.S. This full-time, travel-heavy position involves field leadership, schedule management, quality control, and client communication throughout each project.
Responsibilities
· Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
· Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site operations to meet project goals
· Enforce site safety standards and conduct daily and weekly safety meetings
· Maintain project quality, schedule, and documentation using PROCORE and iPad tools
· Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, and project managers
· Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with clean construction protocols
· Track labor, prepare reports, and manage site resources
· Participate in project planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
· 4+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in controlled environments or technical facilities
· Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience
· Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
· Proficiency in PROCORE or comparable construction management software
· OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification required
· Ability to travel up to 85% of the time
Compensation & Benefits
· $90,000 – $110,000 annual salary (based on experience)
· Annual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance
· Paid travel with flights home every other weekend
· $250 daily per diem for hotel ($175) and meals ($75)
· Company card provided for flights and non-per diem expenses
· Company-provided cell phone
· Rental car provided on assignment (no personal vehicle required)
· 4 weeks PTO
