Senior Accountant

Location: King of Prussia, PA – Hybrid

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, privately held infrastructure and energy solutions firm just outside of King of Prussia. They are looking for a hands-on Accountant to run the entire financial operation.

What you will own

  • Full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
  • Cash flow, forecasting, and project-level analysis
  • Payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration
  • Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections
  • Banking relationships and treasury functions
  • Compliance, insurance, and external audit coordination
  • All HR administration in the absence of an internal HR team

What they are looking for

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience in small to mid-size companies where you wore multiple hats
  • Comfortable owning payroll, benefits, and HR administration
  • Strong with QuickBooks, Excel, and systems like ADP and Concur
  • Construction, project-based, or contract accounting experience is a plus
