Project Manager – Commercial MEP

Location: Lansdale, PA

Salary: $100,000 – $135,000

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing full lifecycle MEP projects from planning through closeout
  • Reviewing project documentation, specifications, and scope across trades
  • Developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Managing subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and coordinating activities
  • Handling change orders, financial tracking, and payment applications
  • Overseeing submittals, RFIs, fabrication drawings, and project documentation
  • Communicating with clients, engineers, architects, field teams, and operations
  • Identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and keeping projects on time and on budget

What They’re Looking For

  • A few years of experience managing commercial MEP projects
  • Strong understanding of codes and industry standards
  • Experience managing project financials and subcontractors
  • Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
