What You’ll Actually Do

• Take full ownership of enterprise voice + telephony services (cloud & hybrid)
• Be the brain behind Microsoft Teams Phone – signaling, routing, performance, all of it
• Hunt down and solve the ugly problems:
  • Dropped calls
  • One-way audio
  • Latency, jitter, packet loss
• Get deep into packet captures, SIP flows, and network behavior
• Partner with security + firewall teams to keep voice traffic clean, fast, and secure
• Lead major incidents and be the person everyone turns to when things go sideways

• You know Teams Voice like the back of your hand
• You can move seamlessly between voice + network layers (L2/L3, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• You actually enjoy troubleshooting complex, cross-domain issues
• You’ve worked in real enterprise environments where uptime matters
• Bonus points if you’ve got MS-721 or Azure certs
