Location: Fort Washington, PA
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

As we scale toward a team of 25–30, we’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-loving MSP Office Manager to help us keep our engine running smoothly.
The Role
As our MSP Office Manager, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our systems flowing, our projects on track, and our leadership team focused on what they do best—growing the business.
You’ll work directly with the President and VP of Technology and be central to keeping our operational machine firing on all cylinders. If you love solving puzzles, getting things done, and being the go-to person who just makes it happen, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Efficiency
· Own procurement, contracts, and client records—accuracy is your love language
· Keep data in tools like Autotask PSA and QuickBooks clean and up-to-date
Billing & Finance (Yep, You Own It)
· Lead all recurring billing: devices, licenses, labor—no surprises, no mess
· Reconcile vendor usage and ensure smooth invoicing via tools like ConnectBooster
Project & Workflow Management
· Track client projects and internal initiatives—on time, on point
· Manage documentation, timelines, and resource coordination
Executive & Team Support
· Lighten the load for leadership with high-impact admin and vendor coordination
· Keep the tech team running smoothly by handling logistical and process-driven tasks
Client Experience & Compliance
· Support our service teams in delivering a consistently stellar client experience
· Partner with our accountant to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Who We’re Looking For
· MSP Savvy: You’ve got 3–5 years in an MSP or IT services environment and know your way around RMM/PSA tools
· Tool-Ready: Familiar with Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, QuickBooks, ConnectBooster—or a fast learner
· Process Pro: You thrive in structure and love refining workflows that just work
· Details Matter: You spot the little things that others miss and always follow through
· People-First: You’re confident talking to clients, tech teams, and execs alike—with empathy and professionalism
· Hands-On: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience in operations/admin roles at an MSP or IT services company
· Strong knowledge of billing workflows and MSP platforms (Autotask, QuickBooks, ConnectBooster)
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
