Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Performance Bonus

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You will oversee the heartbeat of the facility – the daily operations of material management. While your standard schedule is Day Shift, Monday–Friday, you will bring the flexibility to support occasional projects or address unexpected challenges as needed.

· Lead & Inspire: Manage a dedicated team, providing the guidance and support necessary to foster a spirit of fun and collaboration while meeting production goals.

· Material Flow: Coordinate all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring production lines are always supplied and efficient.

· Inventory Integrity: Take full ownership of stock levels and inventory accuracy through rigorous auditing, tracking, and record-keeping.

· Problem Solve: Use your keen attention to detail to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions that maintain operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate

· Proven Leadership: You have strong organizational skills and a track record of effectively managing teams and streamlining material processes.

· Effective Communicator: You can facilitate collaboration across various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

· Adaptable & Agile: You stay cool under pressure and can adjust quickly to changing priorities or schedules.

· Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of supply chain principles and a “customer-first” mindset.

· Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Food/Beverage preferred).
