Maintenance Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $145,000 – $160,000

The Opportunity

As the Maintenance Manager, you will partner closely with the Plant Manager to direct all maintenance activities, ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians and supervisors, managing everything from daily work orders to multimillion-dollar outages.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Leadership: Plan and supervise the work of maintenance and labor departments; develop operational budgets and long-term maintenance strategies.

· Operational Excellence: Oversee all PM, predictive, and corrective maintenance using CMMS; manage spare parts inventory and facility mobile equipment.

· Outage Management: Lead the planning and execution of both scheduled and unscheduled major outages.

· Team Development: Hire, train, and evaluate performance, ensuring the team is technically proficient and safety-focused.

· Compliance & Safety: Administer LOTO systems and ensure 100% adherence to environmental and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience: 6–8 years of related industrial experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role.

· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of power plants or similar heavy industrial environments.

· Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of mechanical, E&I, and predictive analysis programs; highly proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

· Communication: Ability to interpret complex technical journals and financial reports, while communicating clearly with boots-on-the-ground staff.
