Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Join a growing Managed IT Service Provider serving small businesses with cutting-edge tech solutions. We’re seeking an MSP Operations Specialist to streamline operations, enhance team efficiency, and support leadership in driving growth.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage day-to-day operations, procurement, data, and client contracts
· Own billing processes (recurring, labor, and project billing) using Autotask PSA, QuickBooks, and ConnectBooster
· Support project management and ensure timely task delivery
· Provide administrative support to leadership and technical teams
· Track KPIs and report on operational and team performance
· Help maintain and improve financial and service processes
· Collaborate across departments to ensure top-notch client service
What You Bring:
· 3–5 years of MSP experience
· Proficiency with RMM, PSA, and billing systems (e.g., Datto RMM, Autotask, QuickBooks)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Detail-oriented with a passion for reliable execution
· A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
· Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field preferred
