Field Service Technician

Location: Near Richboro, PA

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + Bonuses (Total $80K–$95K+)

What You’ll Do

· Troubleshoot & repair electro-mechanical equipment

· Perform testing, diagnostics, and refurbishments

· Travel to customer sites (~25%) for commissioning & service

· Replace components (motors, controls, transformers)

· Read schematics and document work

What You Need

· 8–10 years hands-on industrial/mechanical/electrical experience

· Ability to read electrical schematics

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Willingness to travel (2–4 trips/month)

· Technical training preferred

Pay & Benefits

· Base: $70K – $85K
