Controller – Construction
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000
A profitable and rapidly expanding specialty construction organization is seeking a Controller to help lead its next phase of growth.
This company has already achieved significant revenue expansion and is positioned for continued, intentional scale over the next five years. The leadership team is experienced, strategic, and deeply committed to building something enduring – not just bigger, but stronger.
If you are a construction finance professional who wants influence, visibility, and a real seat at the table, this is that opportunity.

As the company scales, there is a natural path toward a future CFO-level role for the right leader.
