What You’ll Be Doing:

· Hands-On Fabrication: Program, set up, and fixture equipment to manufacture high-quality, custom

components. You’ll get hands-on experience operating HAAS mills, an Okuma lathe, and a Laguna router.

· Tech & Machine Care: Handle routine preventative maintenance to keep these advanced machines running efficiently.

· Shop Operations: Help manage, identify, and order the raw materials and shop supplies required for daily CNC operations.

What We Are Looking For:

· The Foundation: High School Diploma/GED, or a recent graduate from a Trade/Vocational school program.

· Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes (schooling/co-op experience counts!). If you know your way around HAAS controls, that’s a major plus.

· The Fundamentals: A solid baseline understanding of G-Code/M-Code and tooling setups. Manual milling experience is a great asset.

· Precision: Ability to read blueprints/engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments to check your own work.

· The Right Attitude: Highly organized, detail-driven, and a natural problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow.

· Bonus Points: Any exposure to automation, machine design, or robotics environments.
