Are you an experienced Civil Designer with a passion for transforming land into thriving communities? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Designer / CAD Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and managing a variety of exciting land development projects — from residential neighborhoods to commercial complexes and educational campuses.

What You’ll Do:

· Take the lead on civil site design from concept through final approval

· Design and draft site layouts, grading plans, stormwater systems, utilities, and erosion/sediment control

· Navigate permitting processes, zoning approvals, and NPDES regulations

· Conduct site investigations and research local/state codes and standards

· Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

· Manage multiple active projects simultaneously in a collaborative team environment

What You Bring:

· 5–10+ years of civil design experience

· Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must

· Proven expertise in land development, site design, and stormwater management

· Hands-on experience with regulatory permitting and zoning

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

· Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
