Application Engineer

Location: Near Richboro, PA

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 + Bonuses (Total $105K–$135K+)

What You’ll Do

· Serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and engineering

· Recommend and configure electro-mechanical solutions

· Prepare quotes, specs, and technical submittals

· Support pre/post-sale troubleshooting and sizing

· Assist with project coordination & occasional site visits

What You Need

· 5–10 years of industrial / electro-mechanical experience

· Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) preferred

· Strong communication + customer-facing skills

· Knowledge of process industries (water, utilities, etc.) is a plus

· Experience with ERP, CRM, or technical sales tools preferred

Pay & Benefits

· Base: $95K – $125K

· Bonuses: ~$5K–$10K+ annually
