With over 25 years of expertise in Recruitment, Marcy brings a wealth of experience to the table. She is acknowledged as a trusted advisor and industry expert, particularly in the recruitment of high-quality professionals in domains such as Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting/Finance, and Sales. Marcy’s key strengths lie in her adept sourcing techniques, the ability to cultivate strong relationships, and a nuanced understanding of both technical and non-technical requirements.

Marcy’s professional journey spans 12 years in the Staffing industry, during which she not only worked for corporate recruiting but also founded and managed her own firm. Beyond that, she has accumulated 13 years of experience in corporate recruiting, offering direct hiring, contingency hiring, and sub-contract hiring solutions to a diverse clientele.

Throughout her career, Marcy has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Aetna US Healthcare, and Shared Medical Systems (now Oracle Health). Hailing from the Philadelphia area, she proudly identifies as an avid Eagles fan. When not immersed in her professional endeavors, Marcy enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as indulging in vacations in warm climates.
