MEET JEFF

Jeff began his career as a recruiter shortly after graduating college in the late 90s.  After a brief respite in finance, he spent the next 18 years in the wine industry.  In 2007, he joined WineAccess, which was the original direct-to-consumer model in the business.  Eventually becoming Vice President of Business Development there, his responsibilities included the hiring and training of employees across several different departments and teams. After his next business development role as a partner in the Y Combinator-backed Underground Cellar, Jeff became an independent consultant advising direct-to-consumer startups on marketing strategy, industry compliance, and optimizing internal talent.  Never far from the tech community, he still keeps an eye on what the latest startups are disrupting.

In early 2020, Jeff returned to the staffing industry as an independent recruiter for several boutique agencies.  For the last four years, Jeff’s area of expertise has been hiring in IT but since has branched out into sales, finance, accounting, and senior management roles across a diverse range of verticals.

Jeff grew up in Wayne, PA, and currently resides in West Chester.  He is a graduate of Radnor High School and Fairfield University.  He’s always up for a fishing trip to the Florida Keys, trying out a new restaurant in Philadelphia, and playing paddle tennis in the winter.
