Location: Lincoln, NE

Salary: $85,000 – $115,000

We’re working with a well-established engineering consulting firm that’s growing and looking to bring on a Transportation Engineering Manager to lead and shape roadway/highway projects across the region.

What you’ll be doing:

· Lead roadway & transportation design projects (not just pieces—real ownership)

· Work closely with DOT standards and public infrastructure projects

· Mentor junior engineers and help elevate the team

· Be client-facing and play a role in growing project work

What they’re looking for:

· Background in transportation / roadway design

· Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

· PE preferred (or close)

· Someone ready to step up, not just stay comfortable
