Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Levittown, PA
Salary: $140,000 – $150,000
A top producer of high-performance electric actuators is looking for a manufacturing engineer with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The goal of this position is to help enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost efficiency, growth, and employee involvement (SQDCGE) across the organization. This role plays a key part in promoting a culture of ongoing improvement through mentoring, teamwork, and informed, data-based decisions.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead cross-functional CI initiatives using tools like VSM, A3, SMED, DFMA, and more.
· Coach and train employees on CI principles and structured problem-solving.
· Analyze operations to uncover inefficiencies and standardize best practices.
· Partner with teams across all departments to deliver sustainable results.
What You Bring:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with CI tools in manufacturing or related environments.
· Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.
· Data-driven, analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
