A fast-growing North Carolina property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily homes. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring responsive service, quality work, and consistent property standards across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support maintenance technicians and vendor partners across assigned regions
· Oversee scheduling, preventive maintenance, and emergency repair response
· Conduct inspections to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
· Manage budgets, track expenses, and drive operational efficiency
· Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
· Communicate results and improvement opportunities to company leadership
· Build a strong, service-oriented maintenance culture
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in residential maintenance, facilities management, or construction supervision
· Proven ability to manage teams and projects across multiple sites
· Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
· Highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
