Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000

We’re a powerhouse in commercial HVAC and specialty sheet metal services, serving the Tri-State area with decades of proven success. Right now, we’re on the hunt for a Project Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and grow with us for the long haul.
What You’ll Do
· Dive into blueprints and specs to understand the game plan
· Coordinate labor, materials, and timelines to deliver projects on time and on budget
· Work closely with our Safety Coordinator to keep job sites running safely and efficiently
· Track progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust in real-time
· Handle project billing, purchasing, and documentation like a pro
· Represent the company at project meetings — be the face of professionalism
· Spot changes in scope early, price them accurately, and keep clients in the loop
· Help close out projects cleanly and maintain strong relationships for future work
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma required; college coursework or certifications in construction or business is a big plus
· Experience in HVAC, construction coordination, or construction accounting? Even better
· Strong with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — you know your way around a spreadsheet
· A natural organizer with sharp attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
· Strong communicator — written, verbal, and everything in between
· A team player who’s not afraid to take initiative or own their work
· Excellent math skills and the ability to catch issues before they become problems
