Product Manager – Industrial Control Systems
Location: Yardley, PA
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000
We’re seeking a strategic and technically adept Product Manager to lead the development, roadmap, and lifecycle of industrial control systems and associated accessories. This role connects engineering, sales, marketing, and customers to deliver innovative, high-performance solutions that meet market needs. Reports to the Director of Marketing & Application Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
· Define product strategy and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives.
· Conduct market research and gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to uncover opportunities.
· Lead cross-functional teams through new product development (NPD) and manage product lifecycle activities.
· Build business cases, manage product profitability, and implement effective pricing strategies.
· Support go-to-market plans, sales enablement tools, training, and marketing efforts.
· Serve as a subject matter expert on control technologies, industry applications, and standards.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical marketing in an industrial environment.
· Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and industrial process control technologies.
· Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and Agile/Scrum methods is a plus.
· Industry experience in sectors such as water/wastewater, energy, steel, or mining preferred.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering; MBA preferred
