What You’ll Do:
· Lead a business market sector with full responsibility for strategic planning, client development, financial performance, and operational success.
· Collaborate directly with executive leadership and business development teams to identify and secure new opportunities.
· Build, mentor, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams while driving innovation, efficiency, and quality.
· Act as the face of the firm for your market sector — attending key industry events, cultivating relationships, and offering thought leadership.
· Ensure top-tier client service, proposal quality, and project delivery from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
· 10+ years of experience in the AEC industry with a solid track record of leadership and business growth.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or a related field.
· Professional licensure (PE, RLA, or PLS) preferred.
· Proven success in business development, team leadership, and financial performance.
· A big-picture thinker who thrives on building relationships and turning challenges into strategic opportunities.
