Our client, a top-tier multinational chemical manufacturer, is expanding its footprint in the Energy sector — from Oil & Gas to emerging renewable technologies — and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and shape the future of performance materials in North America.
As Sales Manager, you’ll own relationships across a diverse customer base, managing multimillion-dollar accounts and uncovering new opportunities in fast-evolving markets. You’ll collaborate with global teams, negotiate strategic contracts, and play a key role in defining how advanced materials power the next generation of energy solutions
What You’ll Do
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across both traditional and alternative energy markets.
· Build and manage customer relationships through technical expertise, trust, and consistent follow-through.
· Negotiate pricing, long-term supply agreements, and value-added solutions that strengthen customer partnerships.
· Translate market trends into actionable insights, guiding product direction and innovation.
· Travel regularly (around 50%) to connect with customers, mainly in the Houston region and throughout North America.
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business (technical background preferred).
· 7–10 years of sales or technical business development experience in chemicals, polymers, or related industrial markets.
· Knowledge of energy-related applications — from Oil & Gas to renewables, power generation, or energy storage.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Self-driven and collaborative — comfortable working across global teams.
· Spanish language skills are a plus.
