Electrical Application Engineer
Location: Phoenixville, PA
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000

We’re seeking a motivated Electrical Application Engineer to support energy projects from concept through commissioning. You’ll play a hands-on role in system design, integration, and review—helping deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
● Support all phases of project development, from feasibility and conceptual design to installation and commissioning.
● Focus on electrical design, system integration, and equipment selection for distributed generation and microgrid projects.
● Prepare and review one-line diagrams, control schematics, and P&IDs.
● Evaluate and review vendor and customer documentation for accuracy and reliability.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure solutions meet technical and customer requirements.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Qualifications
● 1–3 years of experience in electrical or systems engineering, ideally in power or energy-related environments.
● Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with 3D modeling or simulation tools preferred.
● Strong understanding of electrical design principles, control systems, and system integration.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and engineering partners.
● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred.
● Experience with PLCs, SCADA, or distributed generation systems a plus.
