What You’ll Lead

As Director of Finance, you’ll be the financial architect of the U.S. business. You’ll own financial strategy, ensure compliance, manage a growing team, and deliver insights that drive smart decision-making across departments.

Your Responsibilities Include:

· Driving financial strategy, planning, and forecasting

· Overseeing accurate financial reporting and analysis

· Managing cash flow, budgeting, and risk mitigation

· Leading cost accounting initiatives to maximize profitability

· Guiding tax planning and compliance

· Supporting audits and ensuring all reporting meets regulatory standards

· Building, mentoring, and scaling the U.S. finance team

· Acting as the U.S. liaison with global finance leaders

You Bring:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)

· 5+ years in finance leadership, preferably in a global or manufacturing setting

· Mastery of financial principles, compliance, and analysis

· Experience with ERP systems (SAP a plus) and advanced Excel skills

· Strategic mindset, excellent communication, and strong leadership presence

· Experience working across borders or with international teams preferred

· $140,000 salary (approximate)
