Customer Technical Support Specialist

Location:  Remote – Seattle Area Only

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000

Our client, a leading developer of mission-critical software solutions, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. This is a full-time remote position, but candidates must reside in the Seattle, WA area.

The company delivers advanced software for smartphones and PCs in both SaaS and on-premise models. Their solutions include features such as multimedia group discussions, VoIP, push-to-talk (MCPTT and MCx for 4G/5G LTE), geolocation services, and tools for digitizing and automating business processes.

Responsibilities:

· Provide outstanding customer support for users of the company’s software platforms

· Troubleshoot issues across mobile (Android/iPhone) and desktop (Windows/Linux) environments

· Use ticketing systems to track and manage customer requests

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues

· Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem-solving

Qualifications:

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Strong knowledge of NOC or SOC

· Proficient in Android and iPhone devices, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office Suite

· Familiarity with Linux operating systems

· Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira) preferred

· Ability to work independently in a remote setting
