Construction Site Supervisor
Home base preferred: Indianapolis, IN (or Midwest locations with easy Cincinnati access)
Salary: $80,000–$120,000 + Per Diem & Flights | 85% Travel
If you know your way around technical commercial construction, especially fast-paced projects with strict standards (think cleanrooms, labs, or high-tech industrial builds), this is your kind of gig.
We’re hiring a Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activity on the ground for high-spec projects across the country. You’ll be the key on-site leader for quality, coordination, and client communication from day one through closeout.
We cover hotel stays, pay a generous daily per diem, and fly you home every other weekend. Bonus: you’ll be working with a lean, experienced team that actually respects the work you do.
What You’ll Do:
· Run the day-to-day construction site — schedule, subcontractors, and safety
· Act as the primary contact between clients, crews, vendors, and internal teams
· Manage quality control, site coordination, and project tracking
· Conduct safety meetings, generate reports, and help keep things on time and on budget
· Use Procore to keep schedules, drawings, and field notes updated
· Be a go-to problem-solver for technical and construction challenges on-site
What You Bring:
· 4+ years as a Site Supervisor or Superintendent (more is great)
· Strong coordination and communication skills — you’re a builder and a leader
· Experience managing subcontractors, safety meetings, and construction schedules
· Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
· Willingness to travel 85%+ and stay on-site full-time during builds
· OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
