What You’ll Do:
• Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases
• Initiate outreach via cold calls, targeted emails, and social media engagement
• Qualify prospects based on need, budget, and timeline
• Schedule meetings for senior sales team members
• Maintain detailed outreach activity in CRM
• Support trade shows, industry events, and customer visits as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills—comfortable on the phone
• Self-starter with a competitive, goal-driven attitude
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM software
