We’re looking for a Civil Engineer II to play a key role in site/civil design and land development projects—ranging from commercial and residential to industrial and institutional. What You’ll Do
· Take ownership of the design process for assigned phases of land/site development projects
· Apply standard engineering techniques to evaluate, plan, and solve moderately complex technical problems
· Collaborate with senior engineers, clients, agencies, and subcontractors
· Prepare and review plans, reports, specifications, and estimates
· Lead junior staff through project phases and review work for quality assurance
· Conduct field investigations, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to permitting and compliance
· Utilize industry-standard software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, HEC-RAS, and others
What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
· EIT certification preferred; progress toward PE licensure highly valued
· 3+ years of relevant experience in land/site development
· Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater modeling/design tools
· Strong understanding of drainage systems, open channel/detention basin design, and regulatory compliance
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team
