Salary: $115,000 – $140,000

We’re seeking a driven Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor to support the buildout of a multi-engine power facility in southern New Jersey. You’ll be on site daily, coordinating contractors, supporting project milestones, and ensuring top-notch safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
● Oversee daily site operations across civil, mechanical, and electrical teams
● Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep the project on track
● Support scheduling, quality checks, and safety enforcement
● Track progress, manage reports, and identify field challenges early
● Review drawings and technical documents to ensure alignment with design plans
What You’ll Bring
● 4+ years in construction, commissioning, or industrial/power projects
● Strong background in mechanical or electrical systems
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
● Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
● Comfortable working in the field and leading on-site activity
● OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
