Inside Sales Associate – Marlton, NJ 

Our client is a growing IT Services company that is looking for an Inside Sales / Business Development Representative. If you are a positive person, highly organized, and a critical thinker, this is the next step in your career. You will be responsible for reaching out and speaking with key decision makers at companies in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will set appointments for the outside sales team and  update and maintain our databases of prospects and leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new qualified leads through cold and warm calls.
  • Make 70-100 calls per day, and 50-60 conversations per day with decision makers at our target prospects.
  • Obtain and schedule 3-7 appointments per week for our outside sales team.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective clients
  • Accurately update and maintain all documentation.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical Inside Sales experience.
  • Prior experience doing B2B inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel, email and internet functions.
