Current expansion of their product lines has created a need for an experienced maintenance supervisor or manager to oversee their production equipment. This 24/7 operation follows GMP standards and utilizes a Continuous Improvement philosophy.

Qualified individuals will lead, motivate and develop a team of mechanics and electricians to increase equipment uptime. You will function as a change agent to motivate and encourage employee development. As manager you will also implement preventative/predictive maintenance programs and take responsibility for all buildings and grounds.
